1. Consent and Release:
I, the undersigned model/client, grant Rugged Shadows Boudoir, owned by Tommy Bagwell, the right and permission to photograph me and use my images for social media, marketing, promotional, and creative purposes. I understand that all images will be used respectfully, and my privacy and comfort will always be prioritized.

 

2. Rights to Photographs:
I understand that Rugged Shadows Boudoir owns the rights to the images created during the session, including the option to share them online or in print, and I’m fully assured that they’ll be used with sensitivity and care. No limits on timing or location apply to these rights, but I can request to review any image before it is shared publicly.

 

3. Model/Client Usage Rights:
I am welcome to use the images for my own personal or professional purposes—such as sharing on social media, websites, or promotional materials—simply by crediting Rugged Shadows Boudoir. I agree not to sell or license the photos for commercial purposes without permission.

 

4. No Compensation:
I understand that there is no monetary payment associated with the use of these images unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and that this session is for mutual creative benefit.

 

5. Respect and Liability:
I release Rugged Shadows Boudoir from any claims or concerns about the images, confident that my trust will be respected at all times. I am also assured that all images will be handled with professionalism.

 

6. Termination and Peace of Mind:
This agreement is binding and can only be ended in writing with the mutual consent of both parties. If ended, all images taken prior to termination will still be covered by this agreement.

 

7. Governing Law:
This contract is governed by the laws of Colorado, and any concerns will be addressed in the courts of Denver, Colorado, with full respect for my privacy and comfort.

 

8. Entire Agreement:
This document is our entire agreement, clear and straightforward. Any changes must be in writing and agreed upon by both of us.

 

9. Acknowledgment:
By signing, I confirm that I’ve read and fully understood the terms of this agreement. I’m comfortable with its details and appreciate the respectful and professional approach of Rugged Shadows Boudoir.
